Brian Earley

President & Agency Principal

Brian has over 25 years experience in the insurance and financial services industry and is a lifelong resident of the Greater Hazleton Area. Brian and his business partner, Lonnie Polli, started the agency in 1993 with the founding principle being “to treat others as we ourselves would like to be treated.”

Brian is a veteran of the US Army Military Police Corps and served with the 110th MP Co, Munchweiler, West Germany and 1st Army, Fort Meade Maryland. Brian earned the Chartered Financial Consultant, Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Advisor for Senior Living professional designations through the Huebner School of The American College, Bryn Mawr, Pa.

Brian is an active community volunteer and currently serves as the President of the Remembering Ryanne Cara Foundation, serves on the Board of Directors for the Conyngham Valley Civic Organization and is a coach for the Valley Babe Ruth League. Brian served 8 years on the Hazleton Area Board of Education, served 10 years as a board member and 2 years as the Chapter Chair of the Hazleton Chapter American Red Cross, served 2 terms as a board member of the United Way of Greater Hazleton and served for 8 years as a coach, board member and volunteer with the Valley West Little League.

Brian and his wife Denise live in Conyngham with their two sons, Bobby and Kevin, and their two miniature dachshunds, Rudy & Rosie.

Office Manager

Denise is a lifelong resident of the Greater Hazleton Area and is a graduate of the Luzerne County Community College with an associate degree in applied science in Dental Hygiene. Denise has worked as a Registered Dental Hygienist for the past 26 years and joined the agency as the office manager in 2014. Denise is also a NETA certified spin instructor and an ACSM certified group exercise instructor.

Denise is an active community volunteer with the Remembering Ryanne Cara Foundation, Conyngham Valley Civic Organization and the Conyngham United Methodist Church.

Denise is married to Brian Earley and they reside in Conyngham with their two sons, Bobby & Kevin and their two dogs, Rudy & Rosie.

Cindy Polli

Cynthia (Cindy) Polli

Cindy is a lifelong resident of the Greater Hazleton Area and a graduate of Temple University with a bachelors degree in communications.

Cindy has been with the agency since 1996 and handles all aspects of customer service for our personal lines and commercial policyholders. Cindy is a licensed Property & Casualty agent and has attended numerous continuing education and professional development seminars and classes. In addition to writing new policies for the agency, Cindy prides herself on her professionalism and friendly personality.

In her spare time, Cindy enjoys working with animals, cycling, watching hockey and spending time with her family and her cat, Dasha.

Helen is a lifelong resident of the Greater Hazleton Area and grew up working in her father’s bakery business, Joe Longo’s Bake-Rite Bakery.

Helen has been with the agency since 2009 and handles all aspects of customer service for our personal lines and commercial policyholders. Helen is a licensed Property & Casualty agent and is also a life and fixed annuity licensed agent. Helen has attended numerous continuing education and professional development seminars and takes great pride in providing superior customer service to the agencies policyholders.

Helen is married to Al Evanko and has two grown sons, Allen and Robert. Helen enjoys road trips to go antiquing, cooking, baking, bicycling, bowling and taking long walks with her dogs, Kirby and Roxie.
