Brian has over 30 years’ experience in the insurance and financial services industry and is a lifelong resident of the Greater Hazleton Area. Brian and his business partner, Lonnie Polli, started the Earley-Polli Agency in 1993 with the founding principle being “to treat others as we ourselves would like to be treated.” In December of 2019, Brian and his wife, Denise, purchased the John Diana Insurance Agency and will continue to follow the same principle they’ve held for over 27 years.
Brian is a veteran of the United States Army Military Police Corps and served with the 110th MP Co, Munchweiler, West Germany and 1st Army, Fort Meade Maryland. Brian earned the Chartered Financial Consultant, Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Advisor for Senior Living professional designations through the Huebner School of The American College, Bryn Mawr.
Brian is an active community volunteer and currently serves as the President of the Remembering Ryanne Cara Foundation and serves on the Board of Directors for the Conyngham Valley Civic Organization. Brian served 8 years on the Hazleton Area Board of Education, served 10 years as a board member and 2 years as the Chapter Chair of the Hazleton Chapter American Red Cross, served 2 terms as a board member of the United Way of Greater Hazleton, was a coach for the Valley Babe Ruth League and served for 8 years as a coach, board member and volunteer with the Valley West Little League.
Brian and his wife Denise live in Conyngham with their two sons, Bobby and Kevin, and their two miniature dachshunds, Rudy & Rosie
Denise is a lifelong resident of the Greater Hazleton Area, currently resides in Conyngham and is a graduate of Luzerne County Community College with an associate’s degree in applied science in Dental Hygiene. She worked as a dental hygienist for 26 years and holds a certification as a group exercise and spin instructor.
Denise joined her husband, Brian, in 2014 as office manager of the Sugarloaf location and obtained her Property and Casualty license in 2017. Denise and Brian along with their two sons, Robert and Kevin, feel it is very important to give back to the community they live in. They stay very active in their church and other activities throughout the Conyngham Valley. With the addition of the West Hazleton location to their agency, JD Insurance, they look to become more involved in additional community activities.
She enjoys staying active at several area fitness centers, traveling, and spending time with family, friends and their two dogs Rosie and Rudy.
Helen is a lifelong resident of the Greater Hazleton Area and grew up working in her father’s bakery business, Joe Longo’s Bake-Rite Bakery.
Helen has been with the agency since 2009 and handles all aspects of customer service for our personal lines and commercial policyholders. Helen is a licensed Property & Casualty agent and is also a Life and Fixed Annuity licensed agent. Helen has attended Erie Agents College and numerous continuing education and professional development seminars and takes great pride in providing superior customer service to the agencies policyholders.
Helen is married to Al Evanko and has two grown sons, Allen and Robert. Helen enjoys road trips to go antiquing, cooking, baking, gardening, DIY projects, visiting her sons and taking long walks with her Border Collies, Roxie and Joe-joe.
Sue is a lifelong resident of the Greater Hazleton Area and sole proprietor of Sue’s Notary, located at 385 Butler Dr. Drums Pa. During her 30 years of business, she served 14 years as Butler Twp. Tax Collector and pursued her interest in becoming an insurance agent, obtaining her Property & Casualty license.
Sue was pleased to join the Earley-Polli Agency in 2007, operating as a satellite office in Drums, where she also conducts her notary business. She enjoys working with the public and giving the opportunity to provide these services to her clients. Sue has attended numerous educational classes and seminars throughout the years to increase her knowledge in notary and insurance.
Sue is married to David Rossi and they have two grown children, Ralph and Jennifer. She spends her time with their dogs Lillylou, Gracie and Sophie and enjoys camping, biking, kayaking and snowmobiling in her free time.
Sarah started with the Earley Polli Agency in 2019 after moving “back home” to the Hazleton area. She has been working in the insurance industry since 2004.
Sarah graduated from Hazleton Area High School and then received her BSBA at Shippensburg University’s College of Business. She is licensed in property & casualty, life, health & annuities. In addition to her licenses, Sarah has obtained a CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation.
Sarah and her husband have 2 children. She enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
Erika and her family moved from Florida to Drums, Pennsylvania in 1999. She is a graduate of Bishop Hafey Jr/Sr High School.
Although Erika joined our Agency in 2018, she has been a licensed Property & Casualty Agent since 2007 as well as a licensed Life & Health Agent since 2008. She has worked for two local State Farm Agents beginning in 2007. Always looking to further her knowledge of the insurance industry, Erika continues to attend multiple Continuing Education courses each year. Along with her fellow agents, Erika takes immense pride in providing excellent customer service to the Agency’s policyholders.
Erika is married to Anthony Cook and they reside in Conyngham with their cat, Superman. Erika enjoys traveling, camping, hiking, experiencing live music, as well as cooking and baking.
Steve joined the staff of the Earley-Polli Agency in August 2020 as home inspector. He lives in Sugarloaf along with his wife Amy and their 2 dogs.
