The following rules apply to the referral program:
There is no purchase necessary!
A qualified referral is a person with an existing insurance policy for us to compare against, willingness to provide us with all of the necessary information to provide a quote, and allow us to provide you with a quote.
A qualified referral is limited to one per person, not per quote or policy type quoted.
Referrals need to be announced at the time of taking the quote and are not permitted to be backdated. (We can make exceptions as long as the exception is warranted and does not violate Pennsylvania law)
Prospective clients with a referral offer must present the offer at the time of the quote in order to qualify to receive the offer. (We can make exceptions as long as the exception is warranted and does not violate Pennsylvania law)
High risk auto or hard to place lines of insurance are not eligible for this program. This program is limited to standard lines of insurance.
This program can be changed or discontinued at any time without notice.
The offer will be satisfied for qualified referrals within 4–6 weeks of making the referral. Shorter if possible. We strive to satisfy weekly.
We reserve the right to increase the amount of payment for a referral.
In accordance with Pennsylvania law (effective 2018), the referral must be in a certificate or gift card.
In accordance with Pennsylvania law (effective 2018), there is a maximum value of $100 per calendar year per person.
We reserve the right to interpret rules.
The program is void if we are not in compliance with Federal laws, State laws or Pennsylvania Insurance Department rules or regulations. Details updated October 15, 2018.
