Brian has over 30 years’ experience in the insurance and financial services industry and is a lifelong resident of the Greater Hazleton Area. Brian and his business partner, Lonnie Polli, started the Earley-Polli Agency in 1993 with the founding principle being “treat others as we ourselves would like to be treated.” After Lonnie retired in May of 2015, Brian’s wife, Denise, started working in the agency. In December of 2019, Brian and Denise purchased the John Diana Insurance Agency and will continue to follow the same principle they’ve held from the start.
Brian is a veteran of the United States Army Military Police Corps and served with the 110th MP Co, Munchweiler, West Germany and 1st Army, Fort Meade Maryland. Brian earned the Chartered Financial Consultant, Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Advisor for Senior Living professional designations through the Huebner School of The American College, Bryn Mawr.
Brian is an active community volunteer and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Conyngham Valley Civic Organization. Brian served 8 years on the Hazleton Area Board of Education, served 10 years as a board member and 2 years as the Chapter Chair of the Hazleton Chapter American Red Cross, served 2 terms as a board member of the United Way of Greater Hazleton, was a coach for the Valley Babe Ruth League and served for 8 years as a coach, board member and volunteer with the Valley West Little League.
Brian and his wife Denise live in Conyngham with their two sons, Bobby and Kevin, and their two miniature dachshunds, Rudy & Rosie
