Anita and the rest of the staff at John Diana Insurance are always so friendly, courteous and just overall a pleasure to do business with. My family and I have been with them for years and we have never had anything but exceptional service. This is the best insurance agency in the area. Our agent, Amanda, is always there, day or night, to answer any of our questions. Recently saved us money on our homeowners policy and then days later saved us more money on our auto policy. The policy holder always comes first at this agency.

The staff here is just wonderful! I recently got married and took a day off of work to go through the name change process. After a morning full of unpleasant interactions with various businesses, it was so refreshing to come here. Everyone in the office is pleasant and helpful. They even remembered us from when we opened our original policy. I would recommend their service to anyone!

I switched over from Triple A insurance 1 1/2 years ago, and it saved me money! Tom is my agent, and he’s very pleasant to work with. I insure my home and cars with them. I’m planning to stick with JD Insurance as long as I’m in PA.
